On Saturday, Feb. 25, Flying Elephant Pub will host a fundraiser event for Operation Game On, a nonprofit that provides golf lessons, apparel and equipment to injured combat troops and their families for rehabilitation and to improve family morale. The event will feature live music from Missiles of October, drink specials and complimentary appetizers (5-7pm), as well as raffle prizes with hourly drawings. The fundraiser will provide the local San Diego community the opportunity to give back and help injured troops in their rehabilitation process. Flying Elephant Pub will donate a percentage of its sales for the day to Operation Game On, as well as 50 percent of the proceeds from the event’s cover charge. $10 COVER.
